General Maintenance

Perform maintenance on all plant equipment Set up and adjust forming machines Perform changeovers and adjustments of drill and tap machines, presses, shears, threaders, and roll forming machines Lubricate and perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment; tooling and dies Possess mig and stick welding skills Operate standard tool room equipment to make minor repairs Operate forklift, pallet jacks, high drives and scissor jacks Perform daily checks on above equipment using log cards Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment problems Must have good basic tools and tool box Read die prints and electrical schematics Solve problems and retain knowledge Follow all safety procedures Perform other duties as directed by management Must have at least one year of maintenance experience Benefits include health and life insurance after 30 days, paid holidays, paid time off, 401k plan, quarterly profit sharing
