$15.00•$18.00 per hour Job Summary Clean Team Inc. is currently hiring dependable and experienced Floor Technicians / Commercial Cleaners for facilities in the South Worthington area. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, value consistency, and understand the importance of maintaining clean and professional environments. This position is ideal for candidates with floor care experience who are comfortable working independently while delivering high-quality cleaning and floor maintenance services. Responsibilities Perform commercial floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenance Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas Remove trash and recycling and replace liners as needed Restock restroom and facility supplies Safely operate cleaning tools, floor equipment, and maintenance machines Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and supply organization Complete all assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled shift times Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding facility needs or concerns Qualifications Previous floor technician experience required Minimum of 2 years of stripping and waxing floor experience preferred Must be dependable with strong attendance habits Ability to work independently and stay on task Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical cleaning duties Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance may be required depending on assignment Must be willing to complete a criminal background check Drug screening and vaccination requirements may apply at certain facilities What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent weekday evening schedules Paid training and ongoing support Opportunities for advancement within the company Stable work environment with long-term opportunities Supportive management team focused on employee success About Clean Team Inc.
