Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Mentor, OH. This role is ideal for a hands-on industrial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, supporting production reliability, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician will help keep operations running safely and efficiently by diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, performing preventative maintenance, and partnering with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections to identify wear, leaks, and potential equipment failures before they affect production.
• Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, installations, and commissioning of new systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation using the CMMS system.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Follow all safety standards, LOTO procedures, company maintenance policies, and continuous improvement practices. Compensation and Benefits
• Direct hire opportunity.
• Pay rate: $27 to $36 per hour.
• Shift 1: Monday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
• Shift 2: Tuesday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Shift 3: Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
