Position Overview We are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a broad range of mechanical and electrical/electronic systems and equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission, motors, drives, and control systems. This position will assist with operational functions to maintain continuous production and diagnose or repair faulty equipment and machinery. Job Responsibilities Perform all functions safely and in compliance with company and OSHA requirements. Install, disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, mechanical drives, and other machinery. Test, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning machinery. Replace or repair faulty components including relays, printed circuit boards, switches, motors, and mechanical parts. Adjust, align, and calibrate equipment. Complete preventive maintenance activities as assigned. Record equipment repairs and performance information through the work order system. Communicate equipment issues and updates with maintenance and production teams. Maintain a clean work environment and support housekeeping and 5S initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Industrial maintenance experience required (including Skilled Trades programs or Military experience). Mechanical and/or industrial electrical maintenance experience. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, meters, calibrators, programmers, and related maintenance equipment. Ability to lift and manipulate parts weighing up to 100 pounds. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. High School Diploma or GED required. Essential Functions Ensure machinery and equipment remain in safe operating condition. Identify sources of equipment problems and disassemble machinery as needed. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components. Perform a variety of maintenance activities including mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs. Conduct basic diagnostic testing to verify equipment performance. Preferred Experience & Skills Previous mechanical maintenance experience. Certifications in Automation or related maintenance/technical fields are a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to analyze equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and bending. Frequent use of hands for handling tools and equipment. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, regularly lift up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift more than 75 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels. Required use of safety glasses, protective footwear, and other PPE as needed.
