Lead Fence Installer Upright Fence LLC - Dayton Upright Fence is hiring an experienced Lead Fence Installer to run crews, build quality fences, and help us grow. We install residential and commercial fencing including wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and gates. We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and knows how to keep jobs moving efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and manage fence installation crew on job sites Read layouts, measurements, and job details accurately Install wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and gate systems Set posts, frame gates, hang hardware, and complete final adjustments Ensure jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and on schedule Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and management Train crew members and maintain productivity standards Handle tools, trailers, equipment, and materials responsibly Requirements Prior fence installation experience required Previous crew lead / foreman experience preferred Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to tow trailer is a plus Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors daily Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses available Steady work opportunities Advancement potential as company grows Supportive team environment Why Work With Us We are building a strong reputation in the Dayton area through quality work and honest service.
