WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with participation in an on-call rotation required. (premium pay for on-call). Pay is $21-$23/hour.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. 2. Utilizing IPAD or tablet for daily job tasks including receiving and prioritizing work orders 3. Assist with unit turns with drywall work, painting, cleaning and removing trash 4. Maintain the grounds in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. 5. Participate in on-call emergency schedule for evening, weekends, and holidays. 6. Complete work order requests 7. Picks up all trash and debris from the property grounds and cleans all dumpsters and mailbox pad areas daily 8. Sweeps building walkways daily or blows walkways. 9. Cleans all breeze ways three times a week. 10. Removes all trash from laundry room and wet mops laundry room floors daily. 11. Wet mops interior entrances and vacuums all carpeted halls and stairways on a weekly basis 12. Dusts and cleans laundry room washers and dryers on a weekly basis 13. Removes snow from walkways and other common areas and spreading ice melt 14. Reports building/property damage or vandalism, unusual situations and conditions 15. Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment 16. Performs all other duties as required
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School education or equivalent 2. Valid driver's license 3. Two years of maintenance experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC repairs. 4. Ability to lift, regularly move and maneuver objects weighing 50 pounds 5. Ability to work outdoors in typical weather conditions 6. Ability to follow both written and oral communications 7. Ability to use an IPAD or other tablet to open and close work orders AAMCI is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
