What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Shift differential for off-shifts Consistent overtime opportunities with premium pay Union environment with annual wage progression Comprehensive benefits package Stable, long-term manufacturing operation Career advancement and skills development opportunities Collaborative and experienced maintenance team Multiple openings available What You Need Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance, machine repair, or related experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Experience working with conveyors, motors, pumps, cylinders, and production equipment Working knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical systems Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Commitment to workplace safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures Ability to work overtime as required High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment Injection molding equipment experience Welding and fabrication experience Hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting Machining experience with lathes, mills, and drill presses Maintenance-related certifications What Your Role Will Look Like Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery and production equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs Maintain conveyor systems, motors, pumps, cylinders, and mechanical components Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and startup activities Perform welding, grinding, and fabrication work as needed Operate maintenance shop equipment including lathes, mills, and drill presses Complete equipment inspections, calibrations, and maintenance documentation Support facility projects and continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
