Possible flexible but dependable work schedule depending on experience and ability to work independently.

LOCATION

Multiple Locations in Delaware, Morrow, and Crawford Counties with a home base in Delaware, Ohio.

I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Maintenance Tech serves on a team dedicated to offering safe, stable, healthy living environments which supports independent living for residents living with disabling mental illness. The successful candidate for this position will have experience in

• grounds and routine building maintenance,
• plumbing and electrical repair,
• drywall repair, painting, cleanup & hauling,
• roofing/exterior repairs,
• appliance repair,
• preventative maintenance activities on buildings and equipment.
• Lawn mowing, shrub/tree trimming, mulching,
• litter pickup
• general ground maintenance, and snow removal.

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
