Are you a reliable, hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work? We're looking for a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our properties safe, functional, and looking their best.

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our properties in top condition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on apartments and equipment
• Completing rent-ready (turnover) repairs to prepare units for new residents
• Diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, and basic electrical issues
• Repairing drywall, painting, and general carpentry work
• Replacing or repairing fixtures such as windows, doors, locks, blinds, and fans
• Inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems (including filter changes)
• Handling minor plumbing repairs (faucets, sinks, tubs, etc.)
• Assisting with moving appliances, debris removal, and general property upkeep
• Supporting cleaning efforts, including carpet cleaning when needed

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Appliance Repair

• HVAC Pay:

  $18.00
• $24.

00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

Typical Hours:

Between 8:00 AM

! We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Rent Ready Crew Member.

What You'll Do:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (drywall, painting, minor plumbing, light electrical)
• Complete unit turns ("rent ready" work) in a timely manner
• Remove debris and clean units as needed
• Inspect units and identify necessary repairs
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

What We're Looking For:

• Previous maintenance or construction experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the day

Pay:

$17.00

• $19.

00 per hour (based on experience)
