What You'll Do In this hands-on role, you'll help maintain and repair the equipment that keeps our plant operating at peak performance. Your work will directly impact production efficiency, safety, and overall plant reliability.
Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment including: Extruders Corrugators Motors and drives Chillers Downstream production equipment Performing preventive maintenance (PMs) to reduce downtime Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues Supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives Completing work orders and maintenance documentation in the CMMS system Working closely with production teams to maintain safe and reliable operations Assisting with equipment upgrades and improvement projects Ordering and replacing parts and components as needed
What We're Looking For Ideal Candidates Have:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience working with: PLC troubleshooting AC/DC motors and drives 3-phase industrial power systems Pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, and industrial safety practices Strong communication and teamwork skills A proactive mindset and willingness to learn Education High School Diploma or GED required Technical or vocational training preferred Physical Requirements This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in varying plant temperatures throughout the shift. Candidates should be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Schedule & Flexibility 12 Hour Day or Night Shifts Available This role may require: Overtime Weekend work On-call support as needed
Compensation:
$33-41 based on experience +
