Join Our Team at Avita Health System Avita Galion HospitalAvita Health System is proud to serve the communities of Crawford and Richland counties through three hospitals and numerous clinic locations. Over the past few years, weve tripled in size, now employing over 2,300 team members and more than 200 physicians and advanced practitioners. Were currently seeking a dedicated General Maintenance Technician to join our Plant Operations Department at our Galion location.
Position OverviewPerforms a variety of duties in and around the facility of the hospital such as maintaining walks, parking lots and grounds to assist the Plant Operations Manager and Director in completing their tasks. Provides assistance with renovations, construction, and projects. Repairs, cleans and maintains equipment ensuring that it is in proper working condition and ensures facilities are tidy and functional. Provides assistance to employees, visitors and patients as necessary.
Three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

QualificationsRequired:
Current valid Ohio drivers license in good standing with insurance company and acceptable driving record.Preferred:
High School graduate or equivalent.Three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
