Monday-Friday BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Galloway, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who takes pride in keeping properties well-maintained and move-in ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner Assist with apartment unit turns (make-readies) Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the property Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications:
