- to join our dedicated team. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
- About the Role
- As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, including common areas, resident rooms, and medical equipment.
- Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Restock linens, towels, and toilet paper as needed
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding
- Empty trash and recyclables, and clean and sanitize garbage cans and recycling bins
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of supply closets and storage areas
- Assist with transporting residents and equipment as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and work independently
