• About the Role
• As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, including common areas, resident rooms, and medical equipment.

You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction.

• Responsibilities
• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Restock linens, towels, and toilet paper as needed
• Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding
• Empty trash and recyclables, and clean and sanitize garbage cans and recycling bins
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of supply closets and storage areas
• Assist with transporting residents and equipment as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and work independently
