We grow pesticide-free salads, herbs, microgreens, and salad kits in smart vertical farms that produce more food with far fewer resourcesusing up to 95% less water and renewable electricity, with no reliance on weather or seasons. We operate commercial farms in Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, and Colorado, packhouses in Indiana, Virginia, and Washington, and research and development facilities in Arkansas, Israel, and the Netherlands.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, team player with great people and collaboration skills, who promotes a team atmosphere, applies root cause analysis principles, and supports process improvements in our fast paced always growing culture.

What Youll Be Responsible ForPerform daily facility walkthroughs and inspectionsPerform setup and disassembly of production equipmentPerform preventative maintenance tasksMaintain tools, supplies, and clean organized work areasOperate powered industrial equipment as necessaryUtilize CMMS to open/close workorders, schedule PMs, create workorders to meet workflow and compliance KPIsFollow all safety and food safety requirements, PPE, LOTO, while culturing a safe work environmentSafely work in heights, on ladders, in scissor lifts, and boom liftsSafely work in tight, constricted locations, and confined space Willingness to attend company sponsored training to build related skillsetsOwnership of a functional process areaWork cross functionally and maintain good working relationships with all members of the organization Flexibility to work any shift as workloads and shifts change to support our operationOther duties as assigned What You BringHigh school diploma or GEDTrade school certification or college degree (preferred) Problem-solving skillsProven record of good attendance Commitment to workplace safetyExperience operating powered industrial equipment such as scissor and fork lifts[ (preferred)Ability to use and navigate computers, software, and Human Machine InterfacesAbility to regularly lift 75lbs unassisted, bend, stretch, crawl, utilize manual dexterity, navigate ladders/catwalks, scaffolds, stand and/or walk for long periods of time without limitationFlexibility in working hours including weekends, off-schedule, on-call, and overtime Specialized knowledge, skills and abilities (Preferred):
