We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support daily plant operations. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with a trades background or recent technical school graduates. Positive, eager to learn, and ready to grow in their career. Key Responsibilities May Include Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals. Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with fabrication, welding, motors, conveyors, and basic PLC troubleshooting. Maintain safe work practices and follow all plant safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills. Experience or training in mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, or related maintenance trades is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment drawings Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fastpaced industrial/manufacturing environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and following established procedures. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Capable of frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending, and kneeling Willingness to work overtime as needed. Do you want to add a little color to your career?
