Shift:

3rd Shift, 10:45pm-7:15am, Monday-Friday (Potential for OT on weekends) 2nd Shift, 2:30pm- 10:30pm, Monday-Friday (Potential for OT on weekends)

Rate:

$30.00-$32.00 (Based on interview and assessment)

Essential Functions:

Perform skilled duties in the maintenance and repair of machines, processes and related systems. Responsible for mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic repair of manufacturing equipment. Maintain and repair panels, circuits, wiring, receptacles and switches; replace motors, fans, lights, starters and various systems as needed. Service and repair work centers; perform preventative maintenance on devices and systems. Operate some equipment such as forklifts, bucket lifts and power tools. Installation and repair of all industrial electrical controls up to and including industrial 480- volt three-phase, Allen Bradley PLC's and ABB Motoman robots. Must understand the importance of 5S and other related policies. Implement manufacturing methods and techniques, such as Lean, Kanban, 5S, Poke Yoke and support the waste reduction efforts in the materials area.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2 year degree from a technical college in maintenance or other related industrial fields preferred; and/or equivalent working experience. Multi-craft maitenance experience. Previous experience troubleshooting PLCs or robotics. Previous experience working with low/high voltage, up to 480V 3-phase. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Any previous experience with machining or CNC operations is advantageous. Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls: Frequently Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Adhere to proper PPE and uniform requirements at ALL times. •

Education:

Experience:

PLC troubleshooting: 2 years (Preferred) Industrial maintenance: 3 years (Required) 480V 3-phase electrical: 2 years (Preferred)
