PRN Maintenance Tech (1099 preferred)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced I ndependent Maintenance Technician to assist with ongoing upkeep and repairs for our daycare facility in Lebanon, Ohio. This role is on an as-needed basis, with hours that will vary depending on the building's maintenance needs. The position primarily involves handling a variety of odd jobs and general maintenance tasks throughout the building. This includes working across multiple areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other routine facility repairs. The ideal candidate will have broad, hands-on knowledge in building maintenance and be confident working independently. You will be expected to assess issues, diagnose what needs to be done, and complete repairs without direct supervision—serving as the go-to expert for maintaining the facility. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, dependable, and able to communicate professionally with staff.
