Maintenance/Hot Tub Technician

We are looking for a reliable part-time Maintenance/ hot tub person to join our team. Venture In Real Estate is a prominent real estate agency and property management company in Logan, Ohio. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining the hot tubs, the grounds, and other general maintenance tasks around the properties. You will also interact with guests and tenants, so you should have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will work at least 20 hours per week, with a starting pay of $17-18 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
