Role:

Pool Service Technicians are responsible for keeping their assigned community pools & facilities clean, safe, and operational on a daily basis

Responsibilities:

Daily pool cleaning (vacuuming, skimming, etc.) Daily water chemistry testing and chemical balancing Inspecting and maintaining pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.) Interacting with community members professionally and providing excellent service Reporting issues or opportunities as they arise

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Work hours will typically be around 7AM-11AM Comfortable working outdoors in hot, humid, or rainy environment Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Must be comfortable working independently Experience in pool maintenance is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
