We are seeking a dependable, skilled handyman to handle general maintenance and repairs for residential rental properties. This is a full-time, steady position with consistent work year-round.
Responsibilities:
Basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, minor leaks) Drywall repair (patching, finishing) Interior painting and unit turnovers General maintenance and repairs Light carpentry and fixture installation Preparing units between tenants
Yard Maintenance Requirements:
Experience in multiple trades (plumbing, drywall, painting) Must have own tools Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Good communication skills Preferred (not required): Experience working with rental properties or property management Ability to handle multiple jobs efficiently
