  • Key Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems Diagnose issues using meters, testing devices, schematics, and technical drawings Install, maintain, and repair wiring, controls, lighting, and low-voltage systems Support CNC machinery, PLCs, distributed control systems, and related automation equipment Perform welding as needed (MIG, TIG, or ARC) Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all safety standards Respond to facility work orders, equipment breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules Maintain organized, hazard-free work areas and support continuous improvement efforts Required Qualifications CNC repair/maintenance experience required High school diploma or GED Maintenance certificate from a technical school or equivalent hands-on experience Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Working knowledge of CNC machines, PLCs, controls, and production equipment Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to read schematics and technical documentation Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or with a team Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Welding experience Aerospace, AS9100, or regulated manufacturing experience A bit about us:•A growing precision manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support second-shift operations in a clean, climate-controlled production environment.
