Job Description
Immediate hire for an Apartment Maintenance Tech at our luxury apartment community in Mason OH. If you are hardworking and skilled in maintenance, we have the perfect job for you! If you have skills including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry along with HVAC experience this could be the next step in growing your career Duties include: Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants Assists in diagnosing problems and repairs for the property in areas of vacant turns, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and appliances Responds promptly and accurately to work order requests from residents Responds to on-call pager when on rotating schedule Assists in inspecting apartments before and after move-ins and move-outs Working closely with the property manager to provide a stellar community for our residents Assists Maintenance Supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property Performs preventative maintenance and apartment turns
