Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities Previous multi-family property management or construction experience preferred. Coordinate the turn process of vacant apartments into market-ready apartments, ensuring units are prepared efficiently and to company standards. Complete resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Perform groundskeeping and snow removal duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and colleagues. Demonstrate an energetic, personable, and professional attitude at all times. Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members. Exhibit a strong work ethic and reliability in all assigned tasks. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, responding promptly to urgent situations.
