DUCT CLEANING TECH/ SALES POSITION

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial air duct systems using specialized equipment to ensure optimal indoor air quality. Conduct home inspections of ductwork to identify issues such as mold, debris, or blockages, and communicate findings clearly to clients. Engage with customers professionally to explain services, answer questions, and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their needs. Drive to various job sites efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assist in generating new sales leads through local outreach, customer referrals, and follow-up on service inquiries. Complete detailed service reports and documentation of work performed for record-keeping and quality assurance. Promote company services actively during appointments by highlighting benefits and upselling additional solutions when appropriate. Qualifications Prior experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or related technical fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to clients. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward sales and customer service. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation is essential. Basic understanding of health and safety protocols related to indoor air quality services is a plus.
