Maintenance Technician

Now hiring a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing company in Medina. Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm. Weekly pay at $24 per hour.

Job Duties:

Perform routine maintenance including lighting, plumbing fixtures, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs. Address general maintenance requests across the facility. Replace ceiling tiles, perform minor floor repairs, and handle basic upkeeping tasks. Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment such as compressors and overhead doors. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records. Source multiple vendors, obtain compeitive quotes, and recommend selection. Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment. HVAC experience is a plus. Ability to read and understanding schematics and drawings.
