Job Description

As a Plastipak Maintenance Technician, you will perform, monitor, and continuously improve preventative maintenance programs while supporting reliable, efficient manufacturing operations. $25/hour and up, based on experience

Right off W. Smith Road near the Medina County Fairgrounds What You'll Do Perform maintenance on blow molding and injection molding equipment to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures Participate in equipment changeovers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Repair and rebuild spare parts as needed Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures Expand your technical expertise through formal training and hands-on experience, including new equipment installations and modification projects What You Bring Ability to work Monday-Friday, 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment Preferred experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer, and Airveyor equipment Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with proven troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation As a Plastipak Associate, you receive a benefits package offering the following: Wellness Programs Health Insurance Coverage, including
