3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Experience with VFDs, PLCs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems
Working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
This role supports the reliability and performance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while minimizing downtime and maintaining production schedules.
The technician performs routine inspections, preventive maintenance activities, equipment adjustments, and calibrations to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
Working closely with production and engineering teams, the technician contributes to equipment reliability, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position also assists with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and ensures accurate maintenance documentation within the CMMS system.
Adherence to all safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and company maintenance policies, is essential for success in this role.
Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, and potential failures before they impact production
Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations to meet production needs
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation within the CMMS system
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
Adhere to all safety standards, LOTO procedures, and company maintenance policies
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiencyAdditional Information
