Sunday-Wednesday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Join Our Team We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations on the night shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Perform maintenance and repair of production equipment, including: Vacuum furnaces, Boilerclaves, Conveyors, Wax presses, Robotic cells Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Assist with equipment installation, modification, and light construction projects Complete welding, pipe fitting, soldering, and plumbing repairs as needed perate maintenance equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts Support repairs and service work at vendors, suppliers, customer sites, and other company locations when required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety policies, MSDS procedures, and hazardous waste handling requirements Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues efficiently Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required Electrical degree or certification preferred Experience 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience maintaining and repairing plant production equipment Knowledge of vacuum furnace operation and repair preferred Robotics maintenance and/or programming experience is a plus Working knowledge of: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Plumbing, Pipe Fitting, Welding, Soldering, PLC troubleshooting and light programming Strong teamwork and communication skills Previous training experience is a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be dependable with a strong attendance record Demonstrate urgency, accountability, and strong follow-through Work effectively both independently and in a team environment Be motivated, organized, and solution-oriented Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers, supervisors, and customers Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and physical demands Ability to manage high activity levels and stressful situations in a professional manner Frequent standing, lifting, bending, climbing, and working around industrial equipment Why Join Us?
