This position will work at our community located in Milford, Ohio. Job Summary The Maintenance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring resident satisfaction by addressing service requests promptly and maintaining high property standards. Responsibilities include all general repair, preventative maintenance, preparing vacant units for new residents, and managing property upkeep. The Maintenance Technician collaborates with team members to provide an exceptional customer service experience for our residents. Responsibilities Complete work orders initiated by residents or the Property Manager. Ensure the property maintains a high level of curb appeal. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and electrical connections. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with other team members to address facility maintenance needs effectively. Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents. Requirements HVAC troubleshooting and ability to make repairs. Repair and maintenance of simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets and lighting fixtures. Appliance troubleshooting. Basic to moderate plumbing knowledge. (demonstrated ability to repair/install water heaters, dishwashers, lavatories, etc.) Ability to prioritize workload based on the needs of the business. Possess a high degree of accountability and takes ownership of work completed. Strong desire to work collaboratively as a team to reach established goals. EPA Certification is required. Valid Ohio Driver's License, Excellent pay with earned bonuses available.
