• Full-time A Maintenance Technician supports plant operations by inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, machinery, and facility systems to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient production.

Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm Typical Duties Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Repair conveyors, motors, pumps, furnaces, machinery, and PLC-related systems Replace worn parts and components Complete work orders and maintenance logs Support emergency breakdown repairs Install and repair wiring as needed Maintain tools, spare parts, and clean work areas Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices Work Environment Industrial setting with exposure to heat, dust, noise, physically demanding work, and cold temperatures during winter. Basic Requirements Reliable attendance Electrical Certification

• Preferred Mechanical aptitude Safe work habits Ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently or with a team Skills Strong troubleshooting ability Experience with motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics Welding and fabrication experience PLC troubleshooting (preferred) Ability to reduce downtime and perform root cause analysis
