Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician - II to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal production performance. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes, supporting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for industrial maintenance to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within the manufacturing facility. Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Operate and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment performance. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory levels. Conduct repairs involving welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding), HVAC/R systems, high voltage electrical components, and low voltage controls. Use field service techniques to diagnose problems with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electricians' experience preferred for automation troubleshooting. Maintain safety standards by working with high voltage systems, operating scissor lifts safely, and adhering to all safety protocols related to industrial mechanic experience. Assist in training team members on maintenance procedures and safety practices while providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders. Support analysis of equipment performance data to recommend improvements that enhance reliability and efficiency. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in compliance with company policies. Skills Extensive experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with strong mechanical knowledge. Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control. Skilled in hydraulics, welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding), HVAC/R systems, and electrical systems including high voltage applications. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately; experience with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters is essential. Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including low voltage systems; experience with analysis skills for diagnosing electrical issues. Hands-on experience with field service operations involving industrial maintenance tasks in manufacturing settings. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English; military background is a plus for disciplined approach. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
