Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will handle repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling across our portfolio of rental properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and isn't afraid to get dirty. This position offers consistent hours and steady work across multiple properties. We are open to hiring either full-time or flexible part-time depending on the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance on rental homes and properties Basic remodeling and upgrades (installing cabinets, fixing porches, drywall repair, etc.) Carpentry, plumbing repairs (leaking faucets, toilets, etc.), and minor electrical work Demolition of old structures or interiors when needed Clean-up, debris removal, and hauling away junk Landscaping and exterior property maintenance Painting, drywall patching, and general cosmetic repairs Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers Ideal Candidate Proven experience in general construction, maintenance, or a skilled trade (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.) Strong general handyman skills with the ability to tackle a wide variety of repairs Self-motivated, fast-working, and able to work independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable working in various conditions and getting hands dirty Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Bonus Skills (not required but highly valued): Experience with HVAC, appliances, or flooring installation Basic knowledge of building codes and safety practices
