Maintenance Technician 2nd shift - New Albany At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician 2nd shift to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing mechanical issues, working with automated equipment, and taking ownership of equipment performance while collaborating closely with production teams. Shift patterns Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Pay rates 37.00 USD hourly Essential requirements for Maintenance Technician 2nd shift Experience with production or automated equipment maintenance. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Experience with hand and power tools. Comfort reading technical drawings and diagrams. Basic computer and math skills for maintenance documentation. Ability to prioritize multiple repair tasks effectively. Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. Role for Maintenance Technician 2nd shift Perform preventive maintenance on production and automated equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair equipment breakdowns. Conduct equipment changeovers, setups, and sanitation. Use measuring and testing equipment to diagnose faults. Manage work orders and parts inventory using a maintenance management system. Ensure all equipment is maintained in safe operating condition. Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
