Ground Technician/Property Maintenance

Grounds Technician / Property Maintenance We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Grounds Technician to help maintain commercial and multi-family properties. This position involves outdoor property upkeep, grounds maintenance, seasonal snow removal, and occasional light maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and can work independently. Responsibilities Trash and debris removal throughout properties Extensive string trimming and weed control Application of herbicides/vegetation control products Light mowing and general landscape upkeep Gutter cleaning and exterior property maintenance Snow removal, including shoveling, salting, and ice control during winter weather events Assisting with light property maintenance tasks as needed Maintaining clean, safe, and professional-looking properties Safely operating landscaping equipment and tools Participating in an on-call rotation for property emergencies and weather-related events as needed Overtime and emergency weather response work as needed Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Availability to work overtime, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends during snow events as needed Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Landscaping, groundskeeping, property maintenance, or snow removal experience preferred, but not required What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and dependable team player Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards Compensation & Opportunities Competitive pay (based on experience)
