Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing units
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise others when necessary
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
