Job Description

Looking for Maintenance Technician on 1st shift
Pay:
$30-40/hr, depending on experience
Hours:
6:30AM-4PM
MON-THURS
; 6:30AM-10:30AM FRI Maintenance Technician role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, stamping presses, PLC systems, electrical controls, and facility systems. Job Requirements 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience PLC troubleshooting, programming, and repair experience Mechanical maintenance experience across production equipment and facility systems Experience troubleshooting and repairing stamping presses, dies, and related production equipment Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks with limited supervision Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, oils, and industrial hazards Preferred Skills Experience maintaining stamping equipment Experience repairing industrial controls and wiring Experience minimizing downtime in a production environment Experience maintaining accurate maintenance records Experience performing general facility maintenance Experience communicating equipment status to production management Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems Maintain stamping presses, dies, and related production equipment Diagnose and repair electrical systems, controls, and wiring Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLC systems Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems Perform corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Identify and resolve equipment issues to reduce production downtime Support production operations through timely equipment repair and troubleshooting Perform general facility maintenance as needed Maintain accurate maintenance records Communicate equipment status, downtime issues, and repair updates to production management Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
