Die-Setter / Maintenance Mechanic

We are looking for a Die Setter/Maintenance Mechanic person that would be comfortable in a fast-paced, friendly, manufacturing environment. The candidate must have :

• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• His/her own basic tools needed to measure and make minor repairs to dies and equipment when needed. It is highly recommended that a candidate has:
• Ability to operate all manual tool room equipment including

I.D. & O.D.

grinding.

• Ability to work closely with Engineering and Quality Departments to ensure that production parts meet required specifications.
• A desire to learn more about the cold-forging process and its advantages in today's manufacturing environment.
• A basic understanding of a wide variety of mechanical things.

On-the-job training will provide:

• Experience with mechanical power presses and their safe operation.
• Experience pulling, cleaning, and repairing/replacing defective tooling.
• The understanding of the cold-forging process, and why the tools are designed like they are. This is a full-time 40 hrs. per week position with benefits including:
