Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in the paint line department, focusing on a mix of electrical and mechanical tasks. This role involves general maintenance, machine repair, and installation of plastic injection molding machines. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and machine repair of plastic injection molding machines. Conduct preventative maintenance (PMs) on equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, including pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, motors, gears, air systems, conveyor lines, cylinders, and valves. Execute machine rigging tasks. Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v 3 phase, 240v, and 120v, including Fanuc robots, drives, relays, control panels, and motors. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Perform MIG and Stick welding on equipment. Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC systems. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of
