Landscape Maintenance Technician

Schedule:

Full-Time:

Monday-Friday Occasional evenings and weekends based on seasonal needs and weather Participation in snow operations (may require off-hours work)

Summary:

Perform physical labor on landscape maintenance projects and outdoor job sites Operate hand and power tools while assisting with site preparation and cleanup Support crew leaders and team members to complete daily work efficiently Maintain safety, quality, and organization on job sites

Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping, maintenance, and outdoor project tasks as assigned Clean and prepare worksites, including trimming, digging, and debris removal Load trucks, haul materials, and operate landscape equipment and machinery Maintain a clean and safe job site; secure tools and equipment daily Follow all safety procedures and report incidents as required Assist crew leaders and team members with project completion Perform opening and closing duties Participate in snow removal operations when required Perform additional duties including light equipment maintenance and inventory tracking

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment) Previous landscaping or labor experience preferred Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in landscaping Strong understanding of safety procedures and first aid practices Ability to work independently and follow a schedule Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Bilingual candidates are a plus

Work Environment:

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical equipment Physically demanding role requiring strength, stamina, and coordination

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
