Flexible Schedule Building (Retail) / Office Maintenance position located in mostly Lake County. Also Brunswick, Amherst, Ashtabula USA Management is looking for a maintenance person who will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, (Must have Truck) to haul trash, tools, equipment etc.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like climbing, bending, and kneeling
Maintain Retail properties grounds including spraying for weeds, cleaning roofs and gutters, seal openings in exterior, wash windows and any other needs of the property
Replacing light bulbs (retrofit), fixing door hinges, change locks
Clean common areas, maintain grounds, and ensure the overall appearance and cleanliness of the each facility
Clean common areas & bathrooms of office buildings when needed
