Job Overview Now Hiring:
Hotel Maintenance Technician We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and keeping a property running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues throughout the hotel Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and guest rooms General upkeep tasks such as painting, carpet shampooing, and light bulb replacement Basic plumbing repairs (e.g., toilet fixes) PTAC (heating/cooling unit) maintenance and troubleshooting Assist with grounds cleanup and exterior upkeep Handle occasional heavy lifting as needed What we're looking for: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision General knowledge of maintenance tasks Dependable and hardworking attitude Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent issues
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
