Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to continue learning new technical skills in an industrial setting. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery Disassemble, inspect, evaluate, and reassemble mechanical components and systems Support production by assisting with machine changeovers and equipment adjustments Operate machining tools as required to support maintenance and production needs Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Preferred Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset Electrical experience (preferred but not required) Familiarity with AutoCAD and PLC programming (a plus) Experience using hand and power tools Ability to measure and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers Experience working within tight tolerances Prior forklift operation experience Desired Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies Dependable with a strong work ethic
