Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe environment for all. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and properties. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, plumbing and mechanical equipment. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with clients. Skills Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication. Strong mechanical knowledge. Experience in residential painting and general repair work. Ability with troubleshooting techniques. Experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional environment. Customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their concerns effectively.
