Maintenance Technician

PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Multi-Family Apartment Community in Reynoldsburg, OH. Maintenance Technician - Job Description Position is primarily responsible for repairing apartment unit interiors and fixtures and completing common area and property exterior maintenance. Position also frequently works with outside contractors. Maintenance Technician - Job Requirements 1 year of experience in Property Maintenance. Position is required to serve on-call (using pager / on-call cell phone) and candidate must be able to provide own tools. Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Driver's License is required. Excellent Benefits Package offered.
