Job Description
Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience (or related field) General knowledge of maintenance including: Flooring installation Painting Plumbing Electrical Carpentry Appliance repair and HVAC experience a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and teamwork Ability to use a smartphone, email, and text to complete electronic work orders (or willingness to learn) Must own basic tools required for the job Job Type Full-time Pay $18 - $22/hour (based on experience) Benefits Employee discount Paid time off Paid holidays Job-related training Employee referral & recognition programs Schedule Monday - Friday On-call rotation required
