Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to established schedules. Assist with process improvement projects to support plant operations. Provide guidance and training to employees and apprentices as needed. Complete fabrication projects in support of continuous improvement efforts. Follow all plant safety rules, policies, and procedures. Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively with team members. Perform additional duties as assigned. Benefits Competitive starting pay with shift differential Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and optional dependent coverage Disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Additional employee benefits Qualifications Experience with basic electrical systems Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills PLC logic troubleshooting and programming experience Waterjet troubleshooting and programming experience Robotics programming experience Preferred Skills Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or electrical maintenance Formal education in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or electrical systems is a plus Basic fabrication skills including welding, machining, and metalworking Ability to operate shop tools and equipment safely Ability to read and interpret blueprints, machine prints, and schematics Willingness to attend and complete required training Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
