Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the garage door service department Schedule and coordinate technicians and service calls Oversee customer service and ensure timely communication Train, mentor, and support service technicians Monitor job quality, safety, and efficiency Handle estimates, invoicing, and service documentation Maintain inventory and order necessary materials Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Qualifications 3 Years previous experience in garage door service or related field Management or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of residential and commercial garage door systems Valid driver's license Basic computer and scheduling software experience Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier garage door solutions! $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
