We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and proactive Machine & Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain and support our production and packaging equipment, manufacturing systems, facilities, and overall building operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring equipment uptime, facility safety, operational efficiency, and preventative maintenance across our manufacturing and warehouse operations. Position Summary The Machine & Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing and packaging equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. This role is also responsible for daily building and facility maintenance to help ensure all buildings remain fully operational, clean, properly maintained, low in humidity, safe, organized, and free of needed repairs or maintenance concerns. The ideal candidate is PROACITVE, needs little supervision, is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as alongside multiple departments. Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment & Machine Maintenance Perform preventative and needed maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and minor plumbing issues Diagnose machine malfunctions and minimize equipment downtime Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operational improvements Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed Building & Facility Maintenance Perform daily building maintenance, upkeep, and repairs throughout the campus Maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, doors, walls, flooring, and facility systems Monitor and maintain building humidity levels and operate humidifiers/dehumidifiers as needed Perform routine cleaning and operational upkeep to help ensure facilities remain clean, safe, organized, and fully operational Operate maintenance equipment including power washers, lifts, and other facility tools as needed Empty, clean, refill, and maintain humidifiers and related equipment Ensure grounds, parking areas, exterior spaces, and entrances remain safe and maintained Support warehouse organization and facility cleanliness initiatives Assist with construction, renovations, and facility expansion projects Respond promptly to maintenance requests, urgent repairs, and facility issues Safety & Compliance Follow OSHA, cGMP, FDA, and company safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Help ensure equipment and facilities remain compliant with operational and safety requirements Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours maintenance needs when necessary Qualifications Previous experience in dietary supplement machine maintenance, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and pneumatic systems Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Forklift or lift equipment experience is a plus Manufacturing environment experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and work on feet for extended periods Comfortable working in manufacturing, warehouse, and outdoor environments as needed Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for urgent maintenance or facility projects Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Employee discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Positive and fast-paced team environment Why Join All-In Nutritionals?
