Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities and manufacturing processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills will directly impact operational efficiency. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections across various systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance of equipment and infrastructure. Duties Disassemble, reassemble, and evaluate equipment operations. Perform preventative maintenance procedures and techniques. Install various machinery, tanks, pumps, and processing equipment as required. Size and determine proper fits of keys, shafts, bearings, etc. Thread, install & fit black iron, stainless steel piping, tubing, PVC pipe, valves & fittings. Safely operate boom lifts, scissor lifts and forklifts. Troubleshoot, diagnose equipment failures, and identify root cause for mechanical, systems. Read and understand operating & maintenance manuals and work instructions. Respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Perform monthly safety & security reports. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings.
Able to work on site:
Fulltime Daylight shift 6:00am-4:30pm M-F Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Mechanical knowledge with skills in welding, troubleshooting machinery, and performing repairs. Good organizational skills, initiative-taker, and a team player. Able to manage the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least fifty pounds. Punctual, dependable, and reliable. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
