Depends on experience Job Description This role involves a balanced focus on electrical (60%) and mechanical (40%) maintenance, with a mix of preventive maintenance and reactive tasks. The position requires significant mechanical troubleshooting skills, particularly with hydraulics, pneumatics, large gearboxes, air compressors, and conveyor systems. Additionally, electrical troubleshooting is essential, especially with 480v three-phase motors, 24v sensors, photoeyes, LED lighting, and VFDs. The role includes a variety of project-based work, such as upgrading conveyor components and facilities-related projects. Responsibilities Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and conveyors. Manage electrical systems including 480v three-phase motors and 24v sensors. Replace and maintain massive LED lighting installations. Engage in project-based work, upgrading conveyor systems and office facilities. Execute preventive maintenance and respond to reactive repairs. Log work into PLEX online and maintain pass down books. Collaborate with 1st and 2nd shift teams during overlap hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tipp City, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
